IT Sales Executive role is client facing, the main purpose is to cover Enterprise Opportunities, to align insight strategically and formally with the client, whether this be at framework or contractual level. To present all available lines of business of WEBNET ALLY to the client and sell wide and deep wherever possible in engaging multi-level contracts, vertically and horizontally and ensuring that all lines of business are connected across relevant company or divisional contacts
•Searches for new client then understand their technical requirement carefully, deeply understands client business strategies and challenges for choosing their IT & Web infrastructure provider.
•Achieve the personal target set by company.
•Help to achieve sales department scorecard goals including client satisfaction, revenue and performance metrics.
•Develop and maintain relationship with key client contacts to have long term relationship.
•Work to resolve your client essential issues that arise on a day-today basis coordinating internal and external resources as necessary.
•Prepare required department reports and documentation including weekly, monthly account management reports, relationship plans, client day account review plans, executive briefing documents and visit summaries.
•Manage client-facing account services projects while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction through coordination with project and technical team while they are developing, managing and owning overall project plan and timelines for key deliverables.
•Maintains high-level of customer loyalty and builds trust and integrity.
•Follow up with billing and collection to be sure your client invoice issued and collected on time without any delay.

•Create new customers in UAE from private sectors.
•Regular meeting with strategic customers and prospects.
•Present at customer meetings, seminars, trainings, and webinars as required.
• Maintain sales certifications as required for product vendors.
