Job Description

Experience & qualifications;

-       University graduate with formal HR training

-       At least 5 years relevant work experience

-       With Ethical, integrity and honest behaviours

-       High capabilities for taking personal Initiative

-       Excellent communication skill in both written and spoken English.

-       Computer-literate with excellent knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Pivot Table and PowerPoint; experience with MS-project an advantage.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES;-

-       Assist in employment and staffing activities

-       Assist in ensuring the Company is compliant to local regulatory requirements on HR and Admin perspectives.

-       Co-ordinate employee orientation and training activities.

-       Maintain 4 prepare periodical HR reports & records, in accordance to the requirements of Corporate.

-       Assist in the administration of staff compensation and benefits.

-       Adhere to Corporate approval procedures for the implementation of HR & Administrative activities.

-       Assist in office space planning and housekeeping, alert Management on legal requirements on office safety.

-       Provide administrative services to the office, including travelling arrangement and their miscellaneous supports
