Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rollout of TB DMIS within the private sector across the Nation
  • Identify opportunities for Greenstar to expand TB detection and treatment
  • Provide guidance for revision of TB drugs management curriculum/training materials
  • Devise strategy for compliance with TB drugs management guidelines
  • Provide technical inputs for development of performance frameworks, proposals
  • Develop tools to monitor and evaluate trainings on TB drug management and TB DMIS
  • Conduct M&E field visits and solicit feedback from public and private stakeholders
  • Analyse M&E findings and develop implementation plans

Job Specifications:

  • Masters degree, preferably MBA, MPH or MSc with more than 5 years experience in program implementation (preferably TB) and program management
  • Previous experience with public sector (central and provincial levels) in monitoring and evaluation of public health interventions
  • Must have prior experience or active involvement in the design, development and implementation of logistics or drugs management system
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrable ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, end users and policy makers

This position is initially for a period of six months, extendable for further periods.
