Job Description

The successful candidate would be someone who can work well under pressure and handle stressful situations as it can get very busy, under these circumstances we would need someone who takes the initiative.
We are looking for someone who is wants to grown within the company; this is not a short term role.
Key Responsibilities: –
* Managing a small team of agents.
* Dealing with management at store level
* Dealing with customers
* Complaint calls and escalations
* Day to day running and maintaining the Call Centre
* Weekly Rota’s
* Absenteeism, ensuring you have a cover for the shift
* Start of shift report sent when the shift begins
* Evening report sent when the shift ends
