Job Description

Saremco Tech Private Limited a leading Development Studio is looking for an experienced Business development executive to enhance business prospects & achieve revenue goals for the company.
Define the scope of the Mobile & Web Development projects, review requirements, and approve timeframes. Oversee the progress of business development. Have strong leadership skills and come up with innovative solutions for day-to-day development issues. Main duties include managing client accounts and executing sales objectives. Write reports, review business processes, and communicate with staff. BDE must be proficient with office applications to modify spreadsheets and use a word processor to create proposals. BDE complete research to evaluate products and identify competitors. Must use statistics to reach company goals within a given timeframe.

A bachelor’s degree in business management, administration, or a related field is required for this job. Previous years of work experience in a business development executive or managing capacity in a Mobile & Web Development Studio is required. Business and leadership certifications are a plus.
Business Development Manager Tasks
• Identify and develop new and existing referral sources to develop successful referring relationships.
• Actively identify and generate mobile development both Apps & Games prospects and Web Development Prospects through strategic sales strategies focusing on customers in target markets.
• Achieve revenue goals.
• Maintain good working relationships with existing clients previously to enhance client retention and new sales through referrals and references.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Client Retention
Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.

Attractive Salary & Commissions on Sales.
Basic Salary: Rs.40,000
Commission on Sales: 10% on each sale.
